Processing times

Made-to-measure frames: 8 to 12 weeks from confirmation of measurements and specifications.

Apparel and accessories: shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation.

Pickup at the atelier

You may collect your build in person at our atelier in Castelnuovo del Garda — free of charge, and highly encouraged. It gives us the chance to fit, adjust, and ride together. Please write or call ahead to schedule.

Frame deliveries are sent via insured express courier (DHL Express or equivalent), fully tracked door-to-door.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Damages in transit

Please inspect the package on delivery. Note visible damage on the carrier's delivery note and contact us within 7 days at info@zullo-bike.com with photographs.

Lost shipments

If your shipment hasn't arrived in the expected window, contact us — we will open an inquiry with the carrier. Frame shipments are fully insured against loss.
