This Privacy Policy describes how Italian Bike Group S.R.L., operating under the trade name ZULLO BIKE (the "we", "us", "our" or "Atelier"), collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit our website or make a purchase from us. This policy is issued in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by D.lgs. 101/2018.

2. Personal information we collect

When you visit our site, we automatically collect device information (IP address, browser type, time zone, cookies). When you place an order, we collect Order Information: name, billing and shipping address, email, telephone, payment details, and any measurements or preferences you share during the made-to-measure process.

3. How we use your information

We use your Information to fulfil orders (processing payments, arranging shipping, providing invoices), to communicate with you about your build or atelier visits, to screen orders for risk and fraud, and — in line with your stated preferences — to inform you about ZULLO.

4. Legal basis

Our processing is based on: contract performance (orders and visits); legal obligation (tax and accounting); legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service improvement); and consent (marketing communications).

5. Sharing your information

We share information with Shopify (e-commerce platform), payment processors (Stripe or Shopify Payments), shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, BRT and others), and our accountants. Each acts as a processor under written contract and may transfer data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

6. Cookies

Our site uses essential cookies for cart and session management, and optional analytics cookies. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser or our cookie banner.

7. Data retention

Order Information is retained for ten years for tax purposes, as required by Italian law. Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent. Inactive accounts are deleted after three years.

8. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data. Write to info@zullo-bike.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

9. Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons.
