トレーニングルート
Sei Fontane 6 · Castelnuovo del Garda
Five rides from our door.
When commissioning clients visit the atelier, these are the rides we take them on. From Roman cobblestones in the centro storico to alpine balconies above Lake Garda — every route begins at our front door and finishes with espresso.
Route I · Recovery · Cultural
Verona Centro Storico.
East across the moraine to Sona, then a long, flat run into the heart of Verona. Coffee at Piazza Bra, a lap of the Arena, the Adige along Castelvecchio. Out via Sommacampagna on the back roads. The ride we offer first-time visitors — finds its rhythm before the climbs start.

Route II · Rolling · Endurance
Montecchio & the Moraine.
West along the glacial moraine that rims southern Garda, past Cavalcaselle and Lazise, then south to the medieval hilltop of Montecchio. Rolling, quiet roads, vineyards on both sides. A perfect mid-week tempo ride — long enough to feel the legs, short enough to be home before sundown.

Route III · Hilly · Threshold
Valpolicella Wine Roads.
Northeast through Bussolengo into the heart of Valpolicella DOC — Sant'Ambrogio, Negrar, San Pietro in Cariano. Steep little ramps between vineyards, the smell of fermenting Amarone in autumn. A favourite of our racing clients — the kind of rolling terrain that hides ten minutes of climbing inside every kilometre.

Route IV · Mountain · Hard
Lessinia — Bosco Chiesanuova.
North past Verona and up through Val Squaranto to the Lessinia plateau, climbing all the way to Bosco Chiesanuova at 1 100 metres. Cold air, stone villages, panoramic descents toward the Adige. The benchmark ride we set for clients training for their first Granfondo — if you can finish this one, your fit is right.

Route V · Alpine · Queen Stage
Lago di Garda Alta.
North along the eastern shore to Malcesine, ferry across to Limone, then climb the Tremalzo balconies to 1 800 metres. Tunnels carved into limestone, the lake bottle-blue beneath your wheels, the wind always in your face. The ride we save for our most serious clients — and the one most of them remember for the rest of their lives.
