This website is operated by Italian Bike Group S.R.L., trading as ZULLO BIKE. By accessing this site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

3. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.

4. Products and pricing

Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include Italian VAT (IVA) where applicable. Bespoke and made-to-measure pricing may vary by specification and is confirmed in writing before production begins. We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions, or availability at any time.

5. Orders and contract formation

An order placed on the site is a contractual offer. The contract is formed once we send confirmation. For made-to-measure frames, the contract becomes binding only after we receive your measurements and confirm the build specification in writing.

6. Made-to-measure orders

Production timelines for made-to-measure frames typically range from 8 to 12 weeks from confirmation of specifications. Geometry, finish, and components are confirmed individually for each build. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled and the right of withdrawal does not apply.

7. Payment

Payment is processed at order placement via the methods displayed at checkout. We use third-party payment processors (Stripe, Shopify Payments) and do not store full card details on our servers. For high-value builds we may, at our discretion, accept deposit followed by balance prior to shipping.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — ZULLO trademarks, the wordmark, photography, copy, designs, and frame geometries — is the property of Italian Bike Group S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by Italian and international intellectual property law. Use without written permission is prohibited.

9. Liability

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, Italian Bike Group S.R.L.'s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Verona, except where Italian consumer law mandates the court of the consumer's place of residence.

11. Online dispute resolution

Under EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers may submit disputes to ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions are effective from publication on this page.
