Founded in Castelnuovo del Garda (VR) in 1973 by Tiziano Zullo — a frame-builder who learnt his craft in a racing shop, and never left it.
I never followed trends. I built what I believed a bicycle should be.
— Tiziano Zullo
Fifty years in, the atelier is still small, still named for the man who draws every tube. Zullo bicycles rode under the TVM team in the 1980s, carried Charly Mottet, and finished Paris-Roubaix in 1989. More than five thousand frames have left Castelnuovo del Garda since. Each one named, numbered and signed.
ZULLO is not a heritage brand coasting on a legacy. The frames leaving the atelier this month are, by the Master's own admission, among the best he has built. The archive is the ground, not the ceiling.
