Commission a ZULLO.

A guided conversation with the atelier. Tell us how you ride, how your body measures, which frame speaks to you, and the finish you'd like. Tiziano, Roberto and Francesca will personally review your specification.

Step 1 of 6

Who you are, and how you ride.

A short conversation to begin. Everything below is private and stays with the atelier.

Racing

Aggressive, low over the bars.

Endurance

Slightly raised, long-day friendly.

Standard

Balanced road position.

Comfort

Upright, kinder on the back.

No default — please pick the one closest to how you ride. If you're unsure, leave blank and we'll discuss.

Aggressive

Full speed, in the drops, committed.

Confident

Flowing lines, comfortable at pace.

Standard

Controlled, enjoys a good descent.

Cautious

Relaxed, prefers predictable handling.

Step 2 of 6

Your measurements.

Six measurements make a frame fit. Take them with a friend. If any are tricky, tell us and we'll help.

Enter once in cm or mm; we store both.

The six measurements — in millimetres

Standing straight, barefoot — from the floor to the small notch at the top of the breastbone.

Barefoot, feet 15cm apart. Press a hardcover book firmly into the crotch; measure from floor to top edge of the book.

Seated with the thigh vertical and knee bent at 90° — knee to crotch.

Arm straight at your side — from the point of the shoulder to the middle knuckle of the middle finger.

Across the back — from one shoulder point to the other.

A note on your measurements

    Step 3 of 6

    Your geometry.

Pick the frame that speaks to you. The atelier draws every ZULLO to the rider; the geometry you see is a reference until Tiziano and Roberto review your measurements.

Geometry status: No approved per-model geometry data has been loaded yet. The geometry view in the preview panel shows a schematic diagram with pending dimensions. Your personalised numbers will be proposed by the ZULLO atelier after reviewing your measurements.

    Step 4 of 6

    Your build.

Frameset or complete bicycle. Then the choices that make the bicycle yours.

    Frameset

The bicycle frame and your selected fork.

    Add your own components later

    Complete bicycle

Everything — frame, fork, groupset, cockpit, wheels, saddle.

    Delivered ride-ready

Not sure? Pick either — we can switch to a "discuss with atelier" path at review.

    Frame details

All models support the Columbus fork. ENVE is preferred for Gravel XCR.

    Brakes & tyres

Brake choice affects frame, fork and tyre clearance — we'll flag any conflicts.

Tyres wider than 28 mm aren't compatible with rim brakes on most models — the atelier will confirm clearance.

    Cockpit & drivetrain

Sign convention: positive = handlebars above saddle; negative = handlebars below saddle. Example: -80 means bars 80mm below saddle.

    Step 5 of 6

    Your finish.

Five approved colours, matte or gloss, standard graphics or a custom consultation. Digital swatches are approximate — the real paint is prepared by hand.
